We start the planning process very soon after the end of the previous event.

This allows us to  brainstorm ideas to identify what contributed to the success of the event and what can be improved upon.  This is done, in part, from the feedback we get from attendees and trade show partners.

Marketing the event takes on significant importance to us at Bowie Bear Marketing.  The Event is marketed on all Social Media Platforms, video, email, influential groups, etc.

Title Sponsors received extra attention with increased exposure on our website, radio, newsprint and hard-copy printed materials.
